INTERLIBRARY LOAN REQUEST FORM

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a service through which materials not owned by Jones Library may be borrowed from other libraries for use by Greensboro College students, faculty, and staff.

Before requesting an item through ILL, please make sure that the item is not owned by Greensboro College or any of the other NC-PALS Consortium Libraries. Materials owned by the NC-PALS Consortium Libraries (Bennett College, Elon University, Greensboro College, Guilford College, and Salem College) should typically be requested through the NC-PALS online catalog, rather than through ILL.

Lending charges for Interlibrary Loan items are not passed on to students, faculty, or staff of Greensboro College. Attempts are made to find items at nearby institutions which charge either no fee or a nominal fee. This should in no way affect the turnaround time for requests.

Materials usually arrive within 3-14 days after the request is processed. Inaccurate or incomplete citation information may result in delays.

Please Note: You are liable for ILL materials lost or damaged while in your possession. You are likewise liable for any late/overdue fees which you incur with any ILL materials.
